At SnapToFig, we aim to make every custom figurine a perfect memory. Because our products are 100% personalized based on your photos, this policy differs from standard e-commerce returns.

Please Note: Personalized items (custom figurines) cannot be returned or refunded simply because of a “change of mind” once production has started.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

✅ Full refund Within 24 Hours Cancel within 24 hours and receive a full refund. No questions asked.

⚠️ 30% fee After 24 Hours (Production Started) A 30% service fee will be deducted to cover labor and materials already used.

⛔ Not cancelable After Shipping Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We pack figurines with care. If your item arrives broken or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

SnapToFig Guarantee: We will offer a free replacement or a partial refund depending on the severity of the issue.

3. Artistic Interpretation (Non-Refundable)

Our figurines are artistic interpretations, not wax figures. Please note:

Slight differences in color, skin tone, or facial features are part of the art style.
Refunds are not granted for aesthetic disagreements if the product matches the approved design draft.
