We pack figurines with care. If your item arrives broken or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
SnapToFig Guarantee: We will offer a free replacement or a partial refund depending on the severity of the issue.
3. Artistic Interpretation (Non-Refundable)
Our figurines are artistic interpretations, not wax figures. Please note:
- Slight differences in color, skin tone, or facial features are part of the art style.
- Refunds are not granted for aesthetic disagreements if the product matches the approved design draft.
