1. Custom Orders & Design Process

SnapToFig specializes in made-to-order products ("Custom 3D Figurines"). Each item is created based on customer-submitted photos and instructions.

• Design Approval: Once a digital preview is approved, the design is locked and enters production. Changes are no longer possible.
• Artistic Interpretation: Custom figurines are artistic interpretations, not exact replicas. Minor variations in color, texture, or proportions are inherent to the process.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• Before Production: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
• During Production: If production has begun, cancellation fees (up to 50%) may apply to cover labor and materials.
• After Shipping: Custom items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

By submitting photos or materials, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them. SnapToFig reserves the right to refuse orders containing unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

4. Production & Delivery Estimates

All production and shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to design revisions, production complexity, customs clearance, or carrier issues.
