At SnapToFig, every figurine is custom-made to order.
Below is a clear explanation of our production time and shipping estimates so you know exactly what to expect.

Important Notice

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

1. Production Time

Each figurine is created based on your submitted photos. The process includes 3D modeling, printing, painting, and quality inspection.

  • Production Time: Typically 4–6 business days

  • Complex designs or large group orders may require additional time

You will receive an email notification once production is completed and your order is ready to ship.

2. Shipping Estimates

We ship worldwide. The following delivery times are estimated transit times after production is completed.

Standard Shipping (Estimated)

  • United States: 7–11 business days

  • UK, France, Germany: 6–8 business days

  • Other European Countries: 8–12 business days

  • Japan: 4–6 business days

  • Australia: 6–9 business days

  • New Zealand: 8–10 business days

  • Canada: 9–12 business days

  • Brazil: 15–25 business days

  • Other Regions: 12–30 business days

Express Shipping (Estimated)

  • United States: 2–3 business days

  • Europe / UK: 3–5 business days

  • Canada / Australia / New Zealand: 3–5 business days

  • Japan: 3–5 business days

  • Brazil / Other Regions: 5–7 business days

All delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services are beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply.

SnapToFig is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Damaged in Transit

We pack all figurines securely.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging
